Suffer from Sleeplessness? Anxiety?

Give your condition the WHOLE treatment! At Millers, we help treat conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, prostate issues and more — from all directions: Nutritional supplements, homeopathic aids, diet, and counseling. For instance, if you have trouble sleeping, it’s not enough to just take a supplement, or just drink a warm beverage before bedtime. We recommend this nutritional protocol:

  • King Bio Sleep – 3 sprays under tongue 1 hour before bed
  • Gaia Sound Sleep – 2-3 capsules 1 hour before bed
  • Millers Magnesium Max – 2 tablets 1 hour before bed
  • Drink calming herb teas and take warm baths, consider exercising in
    late afternoon or early evening, but not too close to bedtime
  • Foods high in calcium and magnesium before bed may be helpful,
    such as organic plain yogurt
  • Avoid (close to bedtime): alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, high tyramine
    foods, such as bacon, cheese, chocolate, eggplant, ham, potatoes,
    sauerkraut, sausage, spinach, tomatoes.
